Return Policy

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your order. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused items, except when Final Sale is noted on the product page. All sale items and solid gold items are Final Sale and may not be returned, as these pieces are made-to-order.

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of order receipt. Please contact us at hi@happiness.gold to start the return process and receive authorization.

We will send you a pre-paid return label, but please note shipping is non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be charged at the time of your return. Once you’ve received the return label, you have 3 business days to send it back to us.

Returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and must not be worn or altered in any way. We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the pieces sent back to us are in poor condition, after 10 days of receipt of your order, on styles noted Final Sale, or without prior authorization. Returns should be accompanied by the original receipt, packaging and label tag.

 

REFUNDS

Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, Happiness is gold will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the return items, subject to its compliance with our Return Policy. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

Please note: shipping fees and duties will not be refunded.

 

All sales are final.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and return your item to us.
